Financial Turnaround of 500 Unit Apartment Property:
Arcturus advised a U.S. lender on the repositioning and eventual sale of an underperforming, garden-style property located in a southwest U.S. city that had been foreclosed on. Arcturus’s asset management professionals executed a financial turnaround of the property by utilizing our operational knowledge and a hands-on approach to increase occupancy, implement expense reduction strategies, and boost NOI. The effort resulted in a successful sale process above the Client’s expectations.
Asset Management and Disposition of NYC Office Portfolio:

Arcturus advised on the acquisition and repositioning of a 500k sf retail center in the Western U.S. for a large alternative investment manager. Our investment and asset management team led the acquisition process, developed a business plan, and executed a multi-year strategy to reposition the property from a traditional apparel-driven lifestyle center to an entertainment and dining driven center, driving tenant demand and modernizing the customer experience.
